Spread out over 6 acres and consisting of lush tropical botanical gardens and unique plantings, we are on the quiet, east end of the island, just 1 1/2 miles from the historic functioning Sanibel Lighthouse but close enough to the nearby causeway allowing for easy access to and egress from the island.

Sanibel Moorings is a condominimum vacation resort providing individually owned and decorated one, two and three bedroom units. You will enjoy all the advantages and comforts of home along with all of the services and activities of resort living.

Each condo is fully furnished and equipped, offering views from a private screened lanai of the Gulf of Mexico, our beautifully landscaped gardens or a serene lagoon, depending upon location.
